can i change the date or time of my session?
Yes, absolutely! You may reschedule a session within a 24 hours notice. If it is less than 24 hours notice, it is considered as "cancellation," and there will be a small cancellation fee applied to your account. We understand things happen, and we offer flexible hours and rescheduling options. Get in touch with you trainer as early as you can, and we will reschedule your session right away.
is this only available on zoom not any other platforms?
Zoom is convenient and recommended for recurring sessions, however, we do offer other options if Zoom is not accessible for you.
can i do single session instead of buying a package?
Our minimum requirement is one month, we offer sessions from one to four times a week. But if you wish to do a trial session, we do offer single sessions for $80 per hour. Please reach out to us, and we will set up an appointment for you.
