All purchases made with a discount code, coupon, or on a sale are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
IMperfect is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN MERCHANDISE.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a custom plan is purchased at full price, without the use of a discount code, coupon, or during a sale; the purchaser can submit a request for a refund as long as no questionnaire has been submitted and the request is sent to customer service email address info@imperfectshop.com on or before the 30th day after purchase.
